Cooper Island
Home to the eco-friendly Cooper Island Beach Club resort. The resort is located on the sandy shores of Manchioneel Bay and supports sustainable tourism in the BVI.
The large bay provides several mooring balls for overnight stays, half of which are on a first come, first serve basis, half of them being run by the BoatyBall membership. Anchoring in the area is prohibited due to the bay being one of the Department of Conservation and Fisheries' Sea Grass monitoring sites to maintain the marine environment.
The resort offers a beachfront restaurant, accommodation, rum bar, boutique store, coffee shop and a micro brewery.
There are some fantastic scuba and snorkeling opportunities around the island including both wreck and reef sites.
