Secret Oasis was a fantastic cat for our holiday. Great accommodation and so much to do - we did our best to try all of the water sports possible and had a great time doing so. Our crew, Jacque and Janette were just absolutely marvelous and they made our time absolutely special. Nothing was too much for them, always smiling and looking to help us have fun. The cocktails and the food they provided were perfect. No praise we can give can truly describe how much we appreciated them.

I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip on the Moon Shadow and Wild Thing II in the BVI. Mostly due to the warm and hospitable Ronald, Anya, Richard, and Adele.  They are so precious and made our trip most memorable. Spectacular service and magnificent company.  They will be one of the many reasons that we will be chartering with you in the future.   We look forward to our next charter with you.  Thank you for a vacation of a lifetime.

We just arrived back from our Magic vacations on board Toucan Play and Wild Thing II.  We just want to thank you for making this dream come true.  We did not have enough words to describe our feelings for such a great vacation.  Thanks for finding such a nice captain and crew as Richard and Adele.  It was the best to put us on Wild Thing II.  They are a very nice couple, they are educated, they were excellent with the kids and they had good manners.  They made us feel at home from the first day.  My kids just did not want to leave.  Also, Adele is very organized in the kitchen and tried very hard to cook good food.  I tell you she achieved it.  My friends are very demanding with good food and they were very happy.  UF!  I am relieved!  Everything was more than we expected.  Since I was left to plan everything I felt a lot of responsibility.

Our week basking in the BVI has sadly come to an end. We leave Wild Thing II with the aches and pains of over indulgence and of wanting more. We woke each morning smiling from the memories of the day before and went to sleep each night only when we were too sore and too tired to laugh anymore. Our peaceful daily passages to secluded anchorages were a sanctuary from our busy days back home. Whether we were on the bow looking forward to our next destination or in the cockpit reflecting on the harbor that we set sail from, the simple sounds of the wind in the rigging and the water on the hulls brought a serene joy to our holiday. Each day brought us new and different experiences. Walking through the granite boulders of the Baths, skiing, tubing and learning to windsurf were just a few of our favorites. Snorkeling at Monkey Point where the variety and abundance of life made us feel that even in this world of devastation that the beauty of this planet will survive. Strolling hand in hand on the sandy beaches of moonlit Cane Garden Bay while listening to Quito perform his Caribbean rhythms dared us to dream of the day that we will return. Retiring for the evening in our spacious staterooms, feeling the cool breeze come in through the hatches and looking up at the blackest skies with the brightest stars so numerous it was difficult to find the constellations gave us tranquility while being rocked to sleep by the gentle rolling motion of the ocean swells. We were able to escape the crowds of our urban life giving us time to energize our souls and with just a short hop in the dingy rejoin civilization laughing and singing along with the singing chef at The Last Resort and Michael Beans at “Happy Arrr”. This was our third trip on a charter catamaran. We loved our crew they were service oriented, paying attention to the smallest of details. The extraordinary tasting and diverse menus were beautifully presented and combined with your choice of wines and cocktails each day kept our senses teeming with delight. Wild Thing II is the largest and most comfortable catamaran we have been on. She was always in Ship shape and Bristol fashion. We have just returned from a fantastic vacation with Ron and Anya aboard Moon Shadow in the BVI’s.  This was our third sailing vacation and we felt Ron and Anya were the best crew we have ever been with.  They had so much time for the kids, preparing specials meals and keeping them entertained with special fishing trips and beach games.  Ron and Anya truly made this our best family vacation we have ever had in the BVI’s.  Ron and Anya were always smiling and could not do enough, Anya’s food was delicious we enjoyed each new creation she served which was all done with just ease and grace.  Ron took us to great snorkel sites we felt very safe in the water exploring the reefs!  Our kids also learned how to sail on this trip while John and I got to truly relax and enjoy being spoiled.  Thank you Ron and Anya……..we love you! See you both next year!

Linda Marmie here from Kansas.  You were right, it was wonderful.  Our trip to the BVI's exceeded everyones expectations.  Captain Ronald and Anya were wonderful.  So professional and the greatest food.  We had alot of fun with them and they took very good care of us all.  Thanks for all the help making our plans.  All went smoothly.  I'm recommending you to all our friends and we hope to go again someday.

Ahoy shipmates!!!! What an outstanding time we had!  We couldn't stop laughing all day today and reminiscing about the week.  Jerry will have tales to tell for years to come.  Ha! Of course the scenery, yacht and sailing, water, fun, food, and activities were exceptional, but truly what made it a trip of a lifetime was your care, professionalism, and what all eight of us feel was the family relationship we fostered with you both.  Your friendship will be treasured and we sincerely hope to see you again, either on a cruise or a visit to our neck of the woods.  We hope you will take advantage of coming to visit us anytime in the future.  Thank you for an outstanding fantastic vacation! We had a wonderful time on Toucan Play everything was as good as you said it would be!  The best part was the crew Jez and Caro, Jez took to us to the best places and was always offering everyone options on things to do from fishing to snorkeling and more.  Caro was a fantastic chef the food she prepared was 5* and she was always smiling.  Toucan Play was larger than we expected and so comfortable and spacious, we loved hanging out at the bar and watching Caro prepare her gourmet dishes it was just like the cooking channel on TV but even better as we got to eat it all!  Please let Jez and Caro know we want to come back and charter with them again but it will only probably be in 2010. We have great memories of our trip to BVI. We would definitely love to go back to such an amazing place and such beautiful catamarans which were always clean and perfectly kept.  Jez and Caro were great hosts, constantly aiding in getting the best vacation possible.  They also are lots of fun and made us feel at home the whole trip.  We had a magnificent time, great memories, fun snorkeling, water skiing and amazing food prepared by Caro she truly is an outstanding chef, Jez was great at entertaining us with his travelling tails and local stories.  We really hope we can do it again sometime soon! Paula and Fernand.

I want to thank Jason and Jo for making our vacation so very special we all had a wonder vacation the boat was great the islands spectacular but the best of the trip was our fab crew Jason and Jo, nothing was ever a problem.  The food was excellent and more than we could have hoped for, we loved the sailing, snorkeling and tubing, our favorite island was Virgin Gorda, our favourite sail to Jost Van Dyke, best bar was Foxy’s and best crew are Jason and Jo!   Jack & Jean Bross, Tom and Sandy Kibber.

We have just returned from our charter on yacht Secret Oasis with Capt. Jacques Schoones and Janette Pretorius and can list 3 reasons why people should book Secret Oasis as well. 1. The Yacht was meticulously maintained by Jacques and Janette. Everything preformed, everything worked, everything clean. Great attention to detail.      2. The food was excellent, well prepared and beautifully served. Attention was given to giving the children what they wanted to eat as well. Special drinks and wine were always available. An abundance of everything.     3. A great boat and good food are important but in my chartering experience the personality, friendliness, ability to multitask and upbeat demeanor of the crew is the most important element in a truly great chartering experience.
