Hi everyone, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire BVI team for everything they did to make this charter go smoothly.  We set ourselves apart from the other charter companies by adding the personal touch of customer service and by providing the clients “impeccable” yachts to charter. Please pass on my thanks to everyone who was involved with this charter….job well done!!!! “A note of sincere appreciation for providing the 5 cats and skippers for our group of 27 that just finished last week.  Everything was perfect and all had one of the most memorable experiences of their lives. Your office is highly efficient and professional, and helped us out in many ways.  Check in and check out was a breeze - which is not always the case with other charter operators (as you know).  And you helped find the lost bag of one of our party and even delivered it to Sandy Spit - believe me that was cause for celebration! Your boats were impeccable: clean, well maintained, and excellently furnished. People loved the blenders, sharp knives, ice makers etc. - they make a huge difference.  The children loved the boats and everyone was very comfortable.  All of the skippers were excellent and got along well with the clients.  They were matched very well to the character of each family.  Alex had the unenviable task of trying to get agreement with the 4 other skippers, and we succeeded to get all of the boats in the same port each night, twice all 5 rafted together. They were all enthusiastic and willing to help out in every way. Even the weather cooperated - every day was perfect. I have to say I had a bit of trepidation taking such a large group all the way from Europe and putting them all on boats for 8 days. So many things could have gone wrong. But your team made it work so well. I'd like to commend you and your staff - I've chartered with many other companies and you were by far the best. What an experience to charter a brand new 50 foot catamaran!  I felt I had to write to commend you on the quality of the yacht and inventory, the galley equipment was well above average of the other charter companies, we dined in style and had all we needed for our entertaining.  The electric heads and powered winch were further proof of a quality yacht.  We have sailed extensively in the BVI’s with every charter company and this was by far the most superior catamaran we have had the pleasure to chartered.  The check out from Kimo was excellent his knowledge of the boat and sailing was amazing, I even learnt some new sailing tips after having sailed for over 30 years!  The staff at sopers hole marina were helpful and always ready to assist, we will definitely return to VOYAGE.

Have returned from a wonderful charter experience with VOYAGE charters. The boat was a great performer, was I ever so impressed.  The charter base and staff were unbelievable.  I will be back next year. What a combination of pleasure's, all in one place!  Thank-You for all your logistical support, impeccable!! The VOYAGE 500 classic was in excellent condition the base staff were accommodating, sensitive, and very professional.  In fact, for a 5 year old charter yacht, the condition of the boat was amazing.  I enjoyed the handling of the VOYAGE 500 far more than expected, very responsive and fast to sail. We have sailed with other charter companies, these trips were great but the boats were only OK to good-never completely comfortable or well maintained therefore hard to relax and feel rested.  This is the first sail trip I have enjoyed the trip and the boat both...I could never say that before.

Susan thank you for all your help with making this family vacation perfect, travelling with 8 kids was all worth it for the experience all 12 of us had on Riptide.  The boat was perfect for us, we had many parties on board in the evening inviting people from other boats as everyone wanted to come aboard to see our boat.  Riptide was very easy to sail and was very safe for all the kids.  The galley was very user friendly we dined in 6 nights only eating ashore at Anegeda for the famous lobsters.  Kimo gave us some much help on where to go and what would be good places for the kids to learn how to snorkel, the boat briefing was very professional and helpful.  We did have a chase call at Peter Island due to fan belt breaking, Nigel was quick to come out and very helpful.  Voyage charters were a pleasure to book with and pleasure to charter from, I will tell all our friends about this experience and hope some of them are fortunate enough to experience it for themselves.

We chartered the 440 with A/C this year and were so pleased with the yacht we felt we must share our experience with you.  Having previously captained the 440 and 380 we decided this year to charter one of your new 440’s.  We chartered in July the days were warm and windy but some of the anchorages we chose were windless and buggy but it was not a problem as we turned the generator on and all slept very well.   We liked to have the choice to go where we wanted and have the option on A/C, thank you for adding the option of generators on the 440.  Give our best to everyone at your base in Tortola, the staff were all excellent.

We just returned from an 8-day charter with Voyage aboard Dream Cat. After 11 previous charters, 6 of them on catamarans, all I can say is WOW!!! The Staff at Voyage is excellent and the briefing, while extremely lengthy and detailed was the best I have ever experienced, Bruce performed our briefing, he has a lifetime of experience delivering yachts and we learned a lot by just talking with him. His tips on sailing the Voyage 440 Plus were spot on, after leaving the base we beat up the Sir Francis Drake channel from Soper's to Great Harbor, Peter Island at incredible speed and pointing angles. We were immediately very impressed with the windward performance of the boat. This is the first charter cat I have sailed that you can actually feel the acceleration on!! All systems functioned perfectly; there was never any question that we would have a trouble free charter as far as the boat goes. The refrigeration is excellent, the freezer kept tubs of ice cream all week for the teens, it is very large, we added life jackets to take some volume, very helpful in keeping the items frozen SOLID!! The ventilation in the cabins is so good, we ran the genset and AC all of 2 hours the entire 8 days and used only 19 gallons of fuel the whole trip. Open any interior access hatch and marvel at the cleanliness and organization of the electrical and plumbing systems, everything very clean. You could literally eat off the surfaces of any of these areas including the bilge, engine, anchor or genset compartments. The galley is a chef's dream, sharp knives, great appliances, microwave, toaster, anything you would ever want!!! Nina prepared some incredible meals, even surprised us with chili-cheese pancakes, to die for!!! The dinghy launch and recovery system is very well thought out, as are many features aboard these yachts. After a bit of practice, we were launching and recovering the dink as a team with not a word spoken. The helm is very responsive and also gives you feedback like no other cat, more like a mono, you can feel exactly when your sails are over trimmed and also when they load up allowing you to feather to weather very efficiently. We saw pointing angles as close as 30 degrees with over 8 kt. boat speeds with moderate chop, incredible!! The electric winch for the dinghy launch system that is also the primary port winch that raises the main is fantastic. Raise the main be keeping her head to wind, load the self tailing winch and push the button, about as effortless as you can get. The sailing performance off the wind was also fantastic, we had George's spinnaker aboard but only flew it once. We saw great speeds at even DDW wing and wing sailing and wow, get her on a reach, she screams!! We absolutely smoked a Pro Skipper aboard a Festiva Lagoon 440 that was taunting us to race to Annegada. The Voyage 440 Plus has been voted best yet by every member of our crew!!! I found Voyage the best choice yet in my experience and am already working on a future booking. by saildoggie (07/10/08 11:27 AM)

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it was using VOYAGE charters. First rate all the way around. The cat was fantastic, clean, new, in perfect working condition, well appointed as you said it would be, the galley equipment was fantastic from cuisine art equipment to soft gentle sheets on the beds. We were not misled in anyway. Provisions from Bobby's worked out with out a hitch, delivered on time as  well as last stop rental equipment. The entire staff at the base in Soper's  was fantastic. Professional yet friendly and so accommodating. We will be booking our next trip and plan to use VOYAGE. Compared to other charter companies we have used in the past VOYAGE by far has surpassed their stands by miles. Keep it up! We will be back. I can sum up the experience in one word, exceptional! Thanks so much.

We just got home and I wanted to send you my thoughts about our trip before I get back into the world and forgot everything. We have been coming to the BVIs since 1997.  We usually come once or twice a year.  Normally we go out of the Moorings, but we have tried a few other companies.  A few years ago we even went out on Top Secret with Voyage. Impressions. The Boat.  One Love is one of the best boats we have ever been on.  Clean and almost all of the equipment worked.  That is unusual for a boat that gets this kind of use.  We had no problems with the toilets, the fridge, the freezer, the AC or the dingy.  I think that’s the first time that’s ever happened.. Service Staff.  Nothing but smiling faces.  A real pleasure dealing with everyone there.  I would especially like to single out Bruce.  Whatever you are paying him, pay him more.  We have NEVER had someone's cell phone to call for assistance.  We have had numbers, but never for someone who would answer the phone and actually be able to HELP.  He is an interesting man and represents your company well.  People that sail are different.  They understand it's more about the journey than the destination.  He was most helpful and a strong positive for Voyage. All in all, a very good experience.

Fourteen charter in the BVI’s, second cat, chartered Moorings 47ft last year that was nice but this was great! The VOYAGE charters base staff are like family and treat you like family. Your web site www.voyagecharters.org is FANTASTIC The boat orientation was given by Kimo he did the best job I have seen in fourteen charters!  The VOYAGE 440 provides great size and sufficient space for 8 people at an attractive price.  Don’t ruin a good thing by adding a bunch of stuff like AC, that drives the cost up.....one of the many reasons we came to VOYAGE from Moorings. Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent charter from your company.  The VOYAGE 440 was the sweetest cat I ever sailed and the auto pilot was state of the art as far as I am concerned. The ability to control all lines from the cockpit was a real plus.  Two other nice touches deserve to be mentioned.  First, the galley was very well equipped and the inverter was a stroke of genius.  Second, the welcome aboard package indicated a real class act.  My "dinghy captain" was impressed with the dinghy and "one pull to start" engine.  Finally, the Soper's Hole crew deserve a special commendation. Raine and his crew. Stella, just to let you know that the vacation went really well.  Indigo Lady was superb and the support from the team at Sopers was first class. I will be back! I have never experience such a professional and friendly team of people as with Robin and his team at VOYAGE.  The boat was very easy to sail, and the bareboat briefing online was again another extra service that only VOYAGE offered us prior to sailing.  We had previously sailed the Norseman 430 with another company and thought they were good until we experienced the stellar service of VOYAGE.

I have been chartering for 14 years in the BVI’s with Sun yacht charters, Sunsail (Norseman 430) and TMM. We love the BVI people and Islands.  This was enhanced by the fact that in all my charters this was the most well equipped yacht and most well maintained of any we have chartered.  I did not have to fix anything! It was great!! VOYAGE have excellent yachts but one of the most friendly and well informed staff of any charter company I have sailed with. Best most memorable experience was sailing 10.3 knots off the wind between Anegada and Jost Van Dyke. We found the BareBoat introduction web site great pre charter information, we printed off every page and found the information very useful.  By the time we got to the boat we were fairly familiar with where things were located and how the boat worked. Having been in customer services in my company in the past I have learned that having the right employees will make or break your business. You have a top notch, great staff working with you, Terri, Ann and I believe we have made some good friends.  Thanks for a great time and the privilege to assisted by an excellent staff.
